Legislative Involvement
NYSPPSA monitors state and federal laws affecting process servers, contributes to law construction, and fights unjust rules. The association maintains an active legislation committee and has had its president speak at NYC DCWP rules hearings (August 2024). Chartered by NAPPS in 2002.
